This 2257 statement confirms that all persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on fellate.com were 18 years of age or older at the time the depiction was created. Records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are maintained by the custodian of records for the fellate.com service.

This statement applies to every page, video, photo, preview and message on fellate.com. It sits alongside our trust overview and our age verification process, which explain how those records are collected in practice.

Compliance statement

  1. All models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on or otherwise contained in this website were over the age of 18 years at the time of the creation of such depictions.
  2. The records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for all such materials are kept by the custodian of records for the fellate.com service.
  3. Content that does not depict actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, such as editorial guides, is not subject to these record keeping requirements, but every person shown on the service is still a verified adult.

Independent creators are producers of their own content

Most content on fellate.com is created and uploaded by independent creators. Each creator who produces content is a producer within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and is responsible for creating and maintaining the records that the law requires for the content they produce.

In addition, the fellate.com service does not publish any content until it holds its own copies of the records for every performer in it. For each piece of content we keep:

  • a copy of a valid government issued photo ID for every performer, showing legal name and date of birth
  • the result of a live selfie check confirming the performer matched the ID at verification
  • any stage names, aliases or professional names used by the performer
  • a signed consent record from every performer for the recording and publication of that specific content
  • the date of upload and a link between the content and the verified performers in it

Creators agree to these requirements in our terms of service. Content without complete records is never published, as described in our prohibited content rules.

Custodian of records

Records are maintained by the custodian of records for the fellate.com service. Requests to inspect records, made by persons authorized by law to inspect them, should be sent by email to support@fellate.com with the subject line "2257 records request". The custodian's address for inspection is provided to authorized inspectors on request through that email address.

We do not disclose performer identity documents to members, other creators or the public.

Content produced by third parties

Where a creator uploads content produced by a third party studio, the creator must provide the records required by law for every performer, and the same verification of each performer is completed before publishing. If records cannot be produced, the content is not published.
