How to report
- On the service, open the menu on any item and choose Report. Pick a reason and add a note if you can.
- Without an account, use the form below.
- If you prefer email, write to support@fellate.com with the subject line "Report".
You can report anything that may break our prohibited content rules, including content, profiles, messages, attempts to move payments off the platform and suspected scams.
What to include in a report
- The link to the content, profile or message
- The reason, for example a possible minor, no consent, deepfake, stolen content, harassment or a scam
- What you saw and when, in a few sentences
- An email address if you want to hear back (optional for reports made with the report button)
Do not download or share material you believe shows a minor. Send us the link only.
Possible minors and non consent are handled first
Reports that suggest a person may be under 18, that a person did not consent or that content is a deepfake go to the front of the review queue. The content is restricted while it is reviewed. Confirmed child sexual abuse material is removed, the account is permanently closed and the material is reported to NCMEC.
What happens next
- A reviewer checks the report against our rules and the verification and consent records for the content.
- If the rules were broken, the content is removed and the creator faces the steps in our enforcement policy, up to permanent closure.
- If you gave an email, we tell you the outcome. For privacy reasons we do not share details about other accounts.
- Where the law requires, or where someone may be in danger, we report to NCMEC and cooperate with law enforcement, including responding to lawful requests for records.
