1. Eligibility and age
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to access adult pages, create an account or buy anything on Fellate.
1.2. You may only use the service where viewing adult content is legal for you. Where the law of your state or country requires an age check, you agree to complete it as described on our age verification page.
1.3. If we have reason to believe you are under 18, we close the account immediately.
2. Accounts
2.1. You sign up with an email address and a password and confirm the email with a code. You must give accurate information and keep it current.
2.2. You are responsible for keeping your login details secret and for activity on your account. Tell us at support@fellate.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
2.3. One person may hold one fan account. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.
3. Memberships, billing and auto renewal
3.1. Fellate offers two memberships. Premium costs $19.99 per month, or $9.99 per month billed yearly ($119.88 a year). VIP costs $39.99 per month, or $19.99 per month billed yearly ($239.88 a year). The features of each plan are described on the membership page.
3.2. Memberships are subscriptions. They renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period at the price then in effect, using the payment method on file, until you cancel.
3.3. Payments are taken by card through our adult payment processor or through a crypto payment option. Charges appear on your statement under a neutral descriptor, as explained on the discreet billing page.
3.4. Prices may include or exclude sales tax or VAT depending on your location, as shown at checkout. If we change a price, we tell you by email before the change applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
3.5. Upgrading from Premium to VIP, or from monthly to yearly, charges the difference immediately, and the new plan applies once that payment succeeds.
3.6. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it for a short period. If it still fails, your membership ends and access stops.
4. Cancellation
4.1. You can cancel at any time in Account, Membership, Cancel membership. Cancellation stops future renewals.
4.2. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
5. Refunds
5.1. Refunds are handled under our refund policy, which covers duplicate charges, technical failures, unauthorized charges and statutory withdrawal rights where they apply.
5.2. Purchases from creators, such as pay per view posts and tips, are generally final, except as set out in the refund policy.
6. Creator subscriptions and purchases
6.1. Fans can subscribe to individual creators, buy bundles, unlock pay per view posts and paid messages and send tips. These are agreements to pay for content made by that creator, processed by Fellate.
6.2. Members receive a discount on creator subscriptions as described for their plan.
6.3. Creator subscriptions renew automatically until canceled and can be canceled at any time on the creator's page or in your account.
7. Creator terms summary
7.1. Joining as a creator is free. Before anything is published, the creator and every co-performer must pass age and identity verification with a government ID and a live selfie, and each performer must sign a consent record for each piece of content.
7.2. Creators set a monthly subscription price from $4.99 to $49.99, may offer bundles of 3, 6 or 12 months and may sell pay per view posts from $3 to $200, paid messages, and receive tips.
7.3. Creators keep 80 percent of what fans pay them. Fellate keeps a platform fee of 20 percent.
7.4. Creators who opt in to the members library share in the library revenue pool. Each month, 50 percent of membership revenue is split among participating creators according to watch time of their library titles.
7.5. Creators are producers of their content and must keep the records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257, 28 C.F.R. Part 75 and equivalent laws, and give Fellate copies, as set out in our 2257 statement.
7.6. Creators are independent and are not employees or agents of Fellate. They are responsible for their own taxes.
7.7. Payouts are made on the schedule and to the methods shown in the creator studio, subject to identity checks, minimum amounts and holds where fraud, chargebacks or rule violations are under review.
8. Content ownership and license
8.1. Creators keep ownership of the content they upload.
8.2. By uploading, a creator grants Fellate a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, stream, promote and distribute that content on and for the service, including previews in its marketing, for as long as the content is on the service and for a reasonable period after removal for backups and legal records.
8.3. Members and fans receive a personal, non transferable, revocable license to view content for private, non commercial use. VIP downloads are watermarked with a member id and may not be shared, re uploaded or sold.
8.4. Fellate's own content, such as design, editorial guides and collection notes, belongs to Fellate and may not be copied without permission.
9. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- upload or share anything listed in our prohibited content policy
- record, download, scrape, redistribute or resell content outside the features we provide
- harass, threaten, stalk or dox any member or creator
- ask for or offer payment outside Fellate, or offer in person meetings or sexual services
- impersonate anyone, create fake accounts or misrepresent your age or identity
- use bots or automated tools to access the service, or interfere with its security
- use stolen payment methods or file false chargebacks
10. Takedowns and reports
10.1. Anyone depicted in content may ask for its removal through the content removal request page. Such content is hidden once the request is confirmed and the request is resolved within 24 hours.
10.2. Copyright owners may send notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act as described on that page. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
10.3. Anyone may report content or accounts through the report button or the report abuse page.
11. Suspension and termination
11.1. You may close your account at any time by writing to support@fellate.com or in your account settings.
11.2. We may suspend or close an account, remove content or withhold creator earnings connected to a violation if you break these terms, if the law requires it or if we need to protect members, creators or the people depicted in content.
11.3. Accounts involved in anything concerning minors, non consent, deepfakes or trafficking are closed permanently without notice and reported where the law requires.
11.4. Sections that by their nature should continue after closure, such as licenses for legal records, disclaimers and limitation of liability, continue to apply.
12. Disclaimers
12.1. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it available and secure, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
12.2. Creators are responsible for their own content. Editorial guides are general information for adults and are not medical advice.
13. Limitation of liability
13.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fellate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
13.2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Fellate in the 12 months before the claim arose.
13.3. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
14. Applicable law and disputes
14.1. These terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
14.2. Before starting any formal claim, please write to support@fellate.com so we can try to resolve the issue. Most issues are solved this way.
15. Changes to these terms
15.1. We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. We show the effective date at the top of this page.
15.2. For material changes, we tell members and creators by email or in the service before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it applies.
