Who can request removal
- A person who appears in the content, for any reason, including withdrawn consent
- An authorized representative of that person, such as a lawyer, a guardian or a support organization acting with their permission
- A copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act for them, about content they own
If the content shows you, you do not have to prove a legal reason. It is enough that you appear in it and do not want it online.
What happens after you submit
- You confirm your email with the code we send. This stops false requests sent in someone else's name.
- Once confirmed, content you identify as showing you is hidden from the service immediately.
- A reviewer checks the request and makes a decision within 24 hours. Requests involving possible minors or non consensual content are handled first.
- You receive the decision by email. Removed content stays removed and is blocked from being uploaded again by hash matching.
The uploader is told that content was removed after a request, but never receives your name, your email or any proof of identity you send us. Repeated violations close the uploader's account, as set out in our prohibited content rules.
What to include in your request
- The links to each video, photo, profile or message you want removed (copy the address from your browser)
- Your relationship to the content: you appear in it, you represent someone who does, or you own the copyright
- A short description, for example which person in the content you are, or which work is copied
- An email address where we can reach you
If we need more to identify the right content, we will ask by email. We may ask a person depicted to confirm their identity privately, and anything you send for that purpose is used only for this request.
Copyright notices under the DMCA
If you own the copyright in content uploaded without permission, you can send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act through the form below or by email to support@fellate.com. A complete notice includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act for the owner
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed
- The links to the material you want removed
- Your contact details, including an email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
Uploaders may send a counter notice if they believe material was removed by mistake. Accounts of repeat infringers are terminated, as described in our terms of service.
Questions people ask
How fast is content removed?
Content showing you is hidden as soon as you confirm your email, and the request is decided within 24 hours.
Do I need an account to request removal?
No. Anyone can use this page. You only need an email address to receive the confirmation code and our reply.
Will the uploader find out who I am?
No. The uploader is told that content was removed after a request, but never receives your name, email or any proof of identity.
Can I ask for removal if I agreed to the content at the time?
Yes. A person who appears in content can withdraw consent at any time, and the content is taken down.
Can the same content be uploaded again?
Removed content is added to our hash matching list, so the same file is blocked if anyone tries to upload it again.
