Prohibited content on Fellate and how we enforce the rules

Prohibited content on Fellate includes anything involving minors or appearing to, any lack of consent, deepfakes of real people, and illegal or harmful material. Every upload is reviewed against this list before publishing, and breaking it leads to removal, account closure and, where the law requires, a report to authorities.

These rules apply to videos, photos, previews, profiles, titles, tags, captions and messages. They sit on top of our terms of service and support the trust layer that protects members, creators and anyone who appears in content.

Anything involving minors is never allowed

  • Any person under 18, in any context, even fully clothed in adult content
  • Content that appears to depict a minor, regardless of the real age of the performer
  • Age play or role play with youth coding, such as school settings, school uniforms, childlike props or language that suggests a performer is under 18
  • Titles, tags or descriptions that suggest youth or school age in any way
  • Drawn, animated or AI generated material depicting minors

Suspected child sexual abuse material is removed at once, the account is permanently banned and the material is reported to NCMEC.

Other prohibited themes and activities

  • Incest or content presented as involving family members, including step family role play
  • Bestiality or any sexual content involving animals
  • Real or simulated violence, blood, serious pain, torture or mutilation
  • Bodily functions such as urine or feces in a sexual context
  • Necrophilia
  • Use, sale or promotion of illegal drugs
  • Weapons used in a sexual context or offered for sale
  • Hate speech, harassment or content attacking people for race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, gender identity or sexual orientation
  • Doxxing, sharing anyone's private information such as home address, real name or workplace without permission

Exploitation, trafficking and off platform dealing

  • Any sign of human trafficking or sexual exploitation, including performers who appear controlled by a third party
  • Offers of prostitution, escort services, in person meetings for payment or sexual services outside the platform
  • Requests to pay outside Fellate, links to outside payment methods or sharing of payment details in messages
  • Spam, scams, impersonation and misleading titles or thumbnails

Signs of trafficking are reported to the appropriate authorities and to NCMEC where a minor may be involved.

How we enforce these rules

  1. Every upload is hash matched against known abuse material and reviewed by a person before publishing. Content that breaks these rules is not published.
  2. Reports from the report button and the report abuse page are reviewed, with possible minors and non consent handled first.
  3. Content that breaks the rules is removed. Content showing a person who asks for removal is hidden at once through the content removal request process.
  4. Depending on severity, the creator receives a warning, a temporary restriction on uploads or permanent account closure. Anything involving minors, non consent, deepfakes or trafficking leads to permanent closure on the first instance.
  5. Earnings connected to removed content may be withheld, and payouts linked to illegal content are cancelled.
  6. Where the law requires, or where a person may be in danger, we report to NCMEC and cooperate with law enforcement.
